Project Overview:

This was a product built to help team members better engage with their team members' happiness through a continuous cycle of surveys.





Problem to solve

Sift had an early version of this tool deployed, and we conducted a heuristic analysis of its state to help prioritize issues. Overall, early team leaders of the platform needed a better way to navigate and understand the survey cycles.

Goal:

Create a customizable and scientific survey and distributed dashboard experience to understand employee engagement.

Job Stories

  • When a user (Super Admin) is onboarded, they can choose pre-made or customizable survey categories, frequency, and questions.

  • When a front-line leader reviews her dashboard, she can see her scores and dive into individual, anonymized survey responses, including comments and scores.

  • When a leader of leaders reviews his dashboard, he sees his scores and the scores of his direct reports and can review these scores individually.

  • When a super admin reviews her dashboard, she can see company-wide metrics zoom in/out of all company data, and adjust survey settings.

We needed illustrations for the survey categories help distinguish which dashboard category team leaders are viewing.




Survey Experience (Desktop)

The team members will receive surveys on a bi-weekly base covering a series of topics from Teamwork, Recognition, Diversity, and Inclusion to name a few. Below is a sample of the survey experience for a Diversity and Demographic study.

Once the surveys are completed, team leaders will receive the results in real-time through their own dashboard.
